Using this site

This is the website of Twin Lights Sharpening (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What the site is for

The site tells you what we sharpen and how it works, and lets you ask for a sharpening or send us a question. It is information, not a contract. Nothing on it is a guarantee that we can sharpen a particular blade.

Requests, quotes and pricing

A request you send here is a request, not a confirmed booking. We reply with next steps and a time. Prices on the site are starting prices; the final price depends on the blade and its condition, and extras such as chip repair, serrated edges or heavy rust are priced on inspection. We will tell you and get your approval before doing work that changes the price. There is no online payment on this site.

Your blades

Please tell us about any known damage. A blade that is cracked, badly bent or otherwise unsafe may not be possible to sharpen, and we will tell you if that is the case. Sharpening removes a small amount of metal, which is part of how it works.

Your messages

When you send us a form, you agree that the details you enter are accurate and that we may contact you about them by phone, text or email. Please don’t send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and don’t submit forms for other people without their permission.

Our content

The name, logo, photographs and text belong to Twin Lights Sharpening or are used with permission. The design and code of the site were created by Scripture Studios. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking first.

Links to other sites

If the site links to other sites, they have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep services and prices correct, but we don’t promise the site is always available or error-free; please confirm anything that matters before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits any right you have under New Jersey or federal law, or any liability that can’t legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts that serve Monmouth County, New Jersey.
